Issue about buying click package and not receiving the number of clicks purchased

I previously purchased the 100K click package for 0.005 ETH. However, when I entered the game, a message appeared stating that I needed to buy more clicks to continue. I suspected it might be a problem, so I cleared the cache and reloaded the page. When I asked about it on Discord, they informed me that I had lost the money from my initial purchase and that I would need to buy it again.
